Pick and Pack
We believe that getting the order right, each and every time, is our top priority. IDS Logistics’ pick and pack services integrate our robust warehouse management system (WMS) with our clients’ order systems to get product shipped within hours of them being placed. Our well trained staff of pickers uses the WMS system to pull items by SKUs and send them via conveyor belt to the shipping team which serves as a second check for accuracy. Additionally, each item in the order is scanned before being packaged to provide a near perfect accuracy rate. That makes for happy customers and more profits for your firm.
Packaging and Product Configuration
IDS also has the experience and capabilities to meet your “in-chain” packaging and product configuration needs. We take care of your packaging and product configuration so you can focus on your core activities and growing your business. Direct-to-Consumer Fulfillment

Returns Processing
